Refuse to Accept the

Myth of "Normal Aging"

Redefine Normal

WITH COGNITIVE-MOTOR TRAINING

In the Optimal Aging Advantage program, we don’t wait for decline. We systematically assess and train the specific brain-body skills you need to stay sharp, steady, and fully engaged in the life you love. Within your personalized program, we focus on five primary areas:

PROCESSING SPEED

& REACTION TIME

React instantly to sudden stops in the car, catch falling objects, and seamlessly follow fast-paced conversations.

WORKING MEMORY

Keep your mind agile and present, holding and using information so you stay sharp and locked in (attend to or take in) during every moment.

BALANCE

& PROPRIOCEPTION

Recalibrate your brain's internal GPS to trust your feet on uneven trails, steps, and curbs without constantly staring down at the ground.

USEFUL FIELD OF VIEW

(PERIPHERAL VISION)

Expand your visual range to navigate crowded rooms effortlessly, drive with confidence, and eliminate "tunnel vision."

VISUAL-MOTOR

COORDINATION

Sync what your eyes see with how your brain commands movement for fluid motion—whether playing pickleball, reaching overhead, or keeping up with grandkids.

First of all, we know its very difficult to receive a diagnosis like this. However, we want you to know that there is hope.
